ABOUT

Nic Danielson is a composer, keyboardist/percussionist, and sound designer based in Los Angeles. He has done custom music work on various campaigns for companies such as DC Comics, Coca-Cola, SIFF (Seattle International Film Festival), and GoPro, among others.

Nic was a finalist in the 2017 Marvin Hamlisch Film Music Contest, and in 2016 was one of five finalists in the International Film Music Competition at the Zürich Film Festival, with music performed live by the Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich. He has written for and played keys in bands such as The Seattle Rock Orchestra, The Kindness Kind, Kate Tucker & the Sons of Sweden, and dark-horse indie-punkers Ravenna Woods. His most recent release is a group of six solo piano pieces called Isolations.

Nic also has a love of all things synthesizer, and when not writing music, occasionally designs modular synthesizer modules under the name Blood Cells Audio.
